Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted for items where installation was attempted. If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations, you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Once we receive the return and confirm the item received is the item, we sent we will reimburse you for return shipping. 

Returns due to a buyers remorse are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A UPS return label will be provided for eligible shipments. 

Special Returns

Returns via freight must be coordinated with our team directly and are at the buyers expense. Custom built items are not generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun. In some situations we may offer up to a maximum 50% refund on cancelled or returned custom builds.
