This is a 2013+ Color! Black was only available for 2013 and newer models. '09-'12 used "Dark Slate Gray" - a charcoal black color.

These are the 2013+ Style Floor Plugs! Plugs are different for 2012 and older models, as well as certain 2016-2018 models. We can verify that you have the same floor plug, please send multiple detailed photos.

These will function in the 2002-2008 Ram with custom wiring.

This depends on the swap. For all sales, we can guarantee bolt-in functionality. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles wiring, some additional work may need to be done depending on the situation. Ask a representative for details on your specific installation.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for items where installation was attempted. If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations, you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Once we receive the return and confirm the item received is the item, we sent we will reimburse you for return shipping.

Returns due to a lack of research or change-of-mind on the buyers part are subject to a 25% restocking fee and we do not pay return shipping. Many parts have part numbers listed, and close-ups of wiring of seats are always available upon request.

Custom built items are not generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun. In some situations we may offer up to a maximum 50% refund on cancelled or returned custom builds.
