If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations, you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Once we receive the return and confirm the item received is the item, we sent we will reimburse you for return shipping.
Returns due to a lack of research or change-of-mind on the buyers part are subject to a 25% restocking fee and we do not pay return shipping. Many parts have part numbers listed, and close-ups of wiring of seats are always available upon request.
