Upgrading from an older 8.4" screen? (2013-2017 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 Owners)

This radio will plug straight into your dash and read your truck's computer flawlessly. However, to make Apple CarPlay and Android Auto function, you must also swap out your center console or jump seat USB Media Hub for a 2018+ compatible hub, and use an 8-pin to 6-pin conversion pigtail harness for the hub wiring.

Upgrading from a 5" RA2 screen? (2013-2018 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 Owners): To jump from the 5-inch screen to this 8.4-inch screen, you will need this unit, a 2018+ USB Media Hub, the hub conversion harness, an 8.4-inch specific center dash bezel, and a conversion harness to ensure your physical HVAC buttons function correctly. The matching 8.4 Radio Bezel is available upon request with purchase of this radio!

2018 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 & 2019-2023 Ram 1500 "Classic" Owners: Fully compatible. This serves as a direct plug-and-play upgrade or replacement for 8.4-inch equipped models. (Please note: This is NOT compatible with the 5th Generation 2019+ "New Body Style" DT trucks).

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for items where installation was attempted. If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations, you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Custom built items are not generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun. In some situations we may offer up to a maximum 50% refund on cancelled or returned custom builds.
