'03-'06 Seats in a '99-'02 Truck

This is a direct bolt-in however the wiring for the floor plug for the seats is not the same. If you're adding power seats to a truck that doesn't have them the swap is simple enough.

Correctly installing the 2003-2006 style seats in a 1999-2002 Truck requires a complete harness swap on the seat . This is a straightforward swap but it does take some time.

Adding A Power Seat

Low trim level trucks typically did not come pre-wired for power seats. If you have an LT trim truck you should expect a plug-and-play installation under most circumstances.

Optional Safety Equipment

Seats in this generation can be found with or without airbags, and with or without a passenger occupancy sensor.

2006 & 2007 Model Year Wiring Differences

Model years 2006 and 2007 utilized a new floor connector. To adapt a 2006/2007 seat into a 2003/2004/2005 truck you will need to swap over the seat pan harness.
