How Do I Place An Order? What I need is out of stock?

Due to the high value of orders and the variety of options for every vehicle we require you to contact us directly. Once we confirm what you are looking for, discuss shipping, and confirm fitment we will send you an invoice through e-mail. Please fill out our contact form here to begin the process. 

Do you guarantee fitment? 

We can guarantee bolt-in functionality. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles wiring, some additional work may need to be done depending on the situation. 

Do you accept returns?

If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Once we receive the return and confirm the item received is the item we sent we will reimburse you for return shipping. 

Returns due to a lack of research or change-of-mind on the buyers part are subject to a 20% restocking fee and we do not pay return shipping. Many parts have part numbers listed, and close-ups of wiring of seats are always available upon request. 

Custom built items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

Handling time is 2-3 business days. Shipping takes 1-5 business days from the time it leaves our facility, depending on your location.

Can I save money and pick my order up locally? 

Absolutely, please contact us here to schedule your local pickup.
