Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for items where installation was attempted. If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. Custom built items are not generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun. In some situations we may offer up to a maximum 50% refund on cancelled or returned custom builds.
