If you have factory heat/cooled seats: 
You have to make sure you're getting the right style to keep that feature working. 

These are the newer style heating and cooling system, correct for most 2016 and newer models. If you have factory cooling, simply look at the "map-pocket" of your seat. If you have a hard plastic map pocket with the air vents on it, you have the old style cooling system and these will not work for you.

  • A Commercial or Industrial address
    With a fork lift or loading dock to unload the pallet off the trailer. 

  • Picked up from the Delivery Company's Freight Terminal:

No Forklift or Loading Dock? Liftgate delivery services are available for $99 - these must be paid for in advance to ensure the truck is equipped for the delivery!

Do you guarantee fitment? 

This depends on the swap. For all sales, we can guarantee bolt-in functionality. Due to the complexity of modern vehicles wiring, some additional work may need to be done depending on the situation. Ask a representative for details on your specific installation.

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for items where installation was attempted. If for some reason the issue is our fault, we will work with you to make it right. At our discretion, you may be provided a return label. In certain situations, you may be required to pay for return shipping up front. Once we receive the return and confirm the item received is the item, we sent we will reimburse you for return shipping. 

Returns due to a lack of research or change-of-mind on the buyers part are subject to a 25% restocking fee and we do not pay return shipping. Many parts have part numbers listed, and close-ups of wiring of seats are always available upon request. 

Custom built items are not generally not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once the build has begun. In some situations we may offer up to a maximum 50% refund on cancelled or returned custom builds.
